DV Cuisine and producer Nick Versteeg launched 'The Edible
Schoolyard', a DVD that aims to inspire school children about the possibilities
and the magic of starting a garden at their school and promote the rewards
of eating fresh, organic vegetables, and the journey from seed to plate.
Inspired by Slow Food International Vice President Alice Waters, DV Cuisine has created
a 25 minute program designed to pique kids' interest and encourage them
to start an edible schoolyard garden at their schools
